Sydekiq provides dedicated AI agent hosting on private VPS infrastructure. You receive a configured server with AI agent software, Telegram bot access, and optional desktop connection.
You must provide valid Anthropic and OpenAI API keys. You are responsible for API usage costs billed by those providers. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities.
Monthly subscription billed in advance. One-time setup fee charged at signup. Cancel anytime — service continues until end of billing period.
Setup fees are non-refundable after server provisioning. Monthly fees prorated upon cancellation request within first 7 days.
Service provided "as is." We are not liable for AI outputs, API provider outages, or data loss. Maximum liability limited to fees paid in prior 3 months.
